What we do:

Franchise Free is a business to business entity. We specialize in bringing together a group of businesses - typically in the retail direct-to-consumer field and smaller in size. The aim in bringing together these businesses is to modify consumers' perception that your business is part of a bigger entity. Franchise Free as a business model would like to increase your market share and profit that franchised businesses enjoy. Literally without any strings attached.

Consumer business trends show strongly that consumers today more than ever before prefer larger or franchised companies. There are various theories as to why consumers are showing this trend in a strong way... but regardless of the reasons - we want your business to enjoy this opportunity.

There's no catch. Unlike a true franchise your business stays autonomous in your business decisions and remains entirely owned by yourself. Franchise Free has no revenue split or franchise commissions or any ownership in your business in any way... which true franchised businesses have to endure. Your profit as well as increases in profit are entirely yours. You are not bound by typical franchise rules that true franchised business owners must endure.

Look like a Franchise without being in one

Advantages to member business:

Marketing and Advertising - which would be unobtainable as an individual business on your own. Creating and executing marketing and advertising plans utilizing strategic media mix, including social media, print, radio, out of door and TV, created and designed by seasoned professionals in this area. An advertising size and reach not obtainable by one single business alone. Your sales would naturally increase, but also important is that you can now forget about spending time marketing and advertising your business - and target more of your time and energy in serving your customers. Your bread and butter.

Labour - Shared labour pool. If one business at any given time is currently busy and could use additional labour you can call upon other member businesses that might be less busy and move labour as needed. Labour can be sent from one business to another as required. This reduces labour costs during slower times and enables quick product or service turnover during busy times. Labour that is already trained. This and other support from a large network of businesses exactly like yours is invaluable to help keep your customers happy and in reducing your expenses.

Collective purchasing power - As a single business on your own, your purchasing power might not be capable of volumes necessary to take advantage of economies of scale - or being supplied at all by certain suppliers. However as part of a larger group, this collective purchasing power will open suppliers you might not have been able to purchase from. You will enjoy higher profit margins and be able to offer more choice to your customers.

Business value increases - With increased sales and market share your business value will clearly increase. Should a business owner(s) wish to sell their business, a higher sales amount will be realized.

Exclusivity - In a given market only a select number of individual business owners can participate. For example a business like yours one street over cannot join this. The benefit and value additionally comes from exclusivity. You will be part of something valuable over time. Other business owners wanting to join later on...cannot be possible. This is crucial to success over other businesses similar to yours.
